Contract | Nights | Onsite | 8-hour and 12-hour shift options available (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required | Holiday rotation may be required | Block scheduling available for agency staff

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform head-to-toe patient assessments
• Provide nursing care for residents with diagnoses including CHF, COPD, diabetes, dementia, and rehabilitation needs
• Manage IV therapy for fluids and antibiotics as indicated
• Perform charge nurse duties as needed
• Float throughout the facility as required
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT/OT, dietician, social services, MDS/case managers, and activities staff

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
• Proficiency or ability to learn Point Click Care (EMR)
• Comfort working in a locked dementia unit environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with SNF patient populations including rehabilitation and dementia care
• Familiarity with IV therapy administration in a post-acute or LTC setting
• Prior experience with BIPAP/CPAP monitoring (no ventilated patients)
