• Full-time, Night shift (4x12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Float between NICU, PICU, and Peds units as needed, rounding within the facility or to nearby affiliates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with certification and licensing requirements, including documentation and appropriate record-keeping.
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Indiana State Respiratory Therapist license in hand prior to start date (temporary licenses may be obtainable).
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience, with recent pediatric hospital experience within the last 3 years.
• Must have NICU or PICU experience specifically.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS preferred with the ability to obtain if necessary).
• Must be comfortable working every other weekend and working night shifts.
• Completed training at an ACEN or CCNE-accredited institution, with SSN and DOB provided at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units (NICU/PICU).
• Experience working in children's hospitals or pediatric-focused units within the last 3 years.
• Flexibility to float across multiple specialties including NICU, PICU, and Peds.
