Travel - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, general surgery, advanced laparoscopic, robotic, bariatric, and neurosurgery (spine and craniotomies)
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in a 12-OR operating room environment
• Operate and assist with DaVinci robotic surgical systems and other advanced surgical equipment
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for accurate documentation and patient data management
• Float to cardiovascular OR to support peripheral vascular surgery cases as needed
• Participate in weekend call rotation, self-scheduled by staff

Required Qualifications

• Active CST certification is mandatory; SFA credentials not accepted
• Strong neuro experience required
• Minimum 1 year of surgical technologist experience or completion of a peri-op internship program
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced OR environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• DaVinci robotic surgical experience strongly preferred
• Orthopedic surgical experience preferred
• BSN preferred; willingness to pursue CNOR certification upon qualifying
