Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill and progressive care patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current experience in ICU and/or PCU nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required
• Ability to work varied shifts including days and nights
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience working in both ICU and PCU environments
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and expectations
