Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage rehabilitation services within the facility
• Coordinate staff schedules and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Foster a collaborative environment to enhance patient care and team performance
• Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field or equivalent experience
• Valid professional license or certification in rehabilitation management or related discipline
• Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a managerial role within a rehabilitation or healthcare facility
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes
• Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
