Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving patient function and independence
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures to deliver quality rehabilitation services

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and best practices in rehabilitation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical outpatient setting
• Flexibility with scheduling and hours guaranteed may be available
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and therapy environments
