Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiographic procedures used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease, exercising independent and professional judgment

• Conduct exams including but not limited to: chest, abdomen, pelvis, all extremity exams, skull, spine, various fluoroscopy procedures, portable exams, and OR exams using C-arm

• Evaluate radiographs for technical quality and ensure diagnostic standards are met

• Provide direct patient care throughout the imaging process

• Operate equipment including Fuji DR rooms, Siemens and GE fluoroscopy rooms, GE and Fuji portable units, GE C-arms, and Epic EHR

• Assume responsibility for designated assignments and perform related duties in accordance with applicable state laws and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT RT(R) certification required

• Current BLS certification required

• Minimum of 1 year of radiologic technology experience

• Ability to work independently when necessary

• Availability to work weekends as required

• Adherence to dress code: scrubs and closed-toe shoes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EHR system

• Familiarity with Fuji DR, Siemens, or GE imaging equipment

• Experience performing fluoroscopy and C-arm procedures in an OR setting
