Medical Technologist – Blood Bank

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Mid Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) with every 3rd weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specimen testing and analysis within a clinical laboratory setting
• Conduct Blood Bank procedures in accordance with established laboratory protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory specimens
• Maintain compliance with quality control and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active certification from ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty
• Must hold credentials as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist — Medical Laboratory Technicians will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Demonstrated Blood Bank experience in a high-volume or acute care environment
