Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Holiday Rotation as Applicable | 8-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting

• Monitor and manage care for residents with diagnoses including dementia, Parkinson's disease, and major depressive disorder

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols

• Document resident assessments, progress, and care activities accurately using the facility's electronic medical record system

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care

• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage rotations as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license valid in the state of North Dakota

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment

• Ability to manage a resident caseload in a small, close-knit care setting

• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical records

• Availability to work 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience caring for residents with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or mood disorders

• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and documentation standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team
