Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (5:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services across General Care and Adult Intensive Care units
• Perform airway management, ventilator management, and ABG analysis
• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Carry out pulmonary toileting, suctioning, and medication administration
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required
• Participate in holiday rotation on a shared schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapy license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Adult ICU setting
• Education must be in-person and from a program accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Trauma, Teaching Hospital, or Emergency Room setting
• Proficiency with bronchoscopy procedures
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
• Experience operating Hamilton G5 or Philips V60 ventilators
