Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:30–18:00 or 6:30–17:00) | Onsite | Short-Term Acute Care Facility
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with interventional cardiology and electrophysiology (EP) procedures in the Cath Lab
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with STEMI interventions and EP device operation
- Utilize Cerner for clinical documentation and patient charting
- Participate in on-call rotation, including 10–12 call shifts per month with a 30-minute response time requirement
- Float within the facility or to affiliate locations as required
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and scheduling policies including holiday work requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT(R) certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 18 months of Cath Lab/EP experience
- Strong hands-on experience with interventional procedures and STEMI response
- Comfort and proficiency with EP devices (hard requirement)
- Valid Indiana state license required prior to start date; pending license acceptable if application has been submitted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel assignment experience in a Cath Lab or EP setting
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records platform
- Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
