Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Major Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting under a 12-hour night shift schedule
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level acuity care, including those on high acuity drips
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition, utilizing arterial line and BiPAP/Airvo equipment as needed
• Float to lesser acuity units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and major holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing high acuity drips in a progressive or step-down care environment
• Arterial line experience
• BiPAP and Airvo experience
