Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | Onsite | No weekends required | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform IV therapy and blood withdrawal procedures as required
• Utilize electronic health record system (Epic) for documentation and patient management
• Float internally and, on a rare basis, externally to other specialty clinic locations as needed
• Support clinical workflows within a urology or specialty outpatient environment

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent California LVN license (must be in hand at time of submission; temporary licensures not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) only
• Valid IV certification at time of submission
• Blood withdrawal certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous urology clinical experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to float and adapt to multiple specialty clinic environments
