Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in accordance with unit standards
• Float between units within the facility as needed
• Work a rotating weekend schedule, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Participate in required holiday coverage, committing to 3 of 5 designated holidays
• Document accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience
• Proficiency with Epic (Epic Hardstop compliance required)
• Ability to commit to contracted schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and floating between sister facilities
