Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care for patients in acute, swing bed, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings
• Provide treatment in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and the rehabilitation gym
• Participate in rounds and care conferences as indicated
• Maintain frequent communication with the rehabilitation team regarding patient progress, equipment needs, and discharge planning
• Float between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as operationally required
• Document patient care using Cerner and NetHealth electronic documentation systems

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy license (note: intake references PT license; OT licensure required for this role)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with a schedule confirmed during the interview process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting
• Familiarity with Cerner and/or NetHealth documentation platforms
• Experience working in a rehab-focused or swing bed hospital environment
