Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Alternating shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | On-call required: 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month with possible holiday coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures across a 5-suite IR lab including neuro, vascular, and trauma cases
• Operate Siemens bi-plane and single-plane imaging equipment in a fast-paced interventional environment
• Support a comprehensive stroke center performing procedures such as stroke intervention, aneurysm treatment, and SAH management
• Assist with Level 1 Trauma Center cases including GI bleeds, embolizations, gastrostomy tubes, and nephrostomy procedures
• Work collaboratively within a team of IR Techs and IR RNs maintaining a 2:1 Tech-to-RN ratio per patient
• Fulfill on-call obligations including nights, rotating weekends, and potential holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of current acute care hospital Interventional Radiology Tech experience
• ARRT RT(R) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Meditech and GE Centricity PACS is utilized on unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro interventional experience including strokes, aneurysms, SAH, and DVST procedures
• Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with ability to perform with minimal guidance
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced interventional lab setting
