Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic scheduling protocols
• Float to additional clinic locations within the greater Nashville and Franklin area as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
• Willingness and ability to float to regional clinic locations as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in orthopedics
• Experience with high-volume patient scheduling and double-booking workflows
