Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general nuclear medicine procedures including stress tests, HIDA scans, brain imaging, and radiation therapy-related imaging
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment including GE 530c, GE 830, and GE 870 SPECT/CT cameras
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately within the EMR system (Meditech)
- Provide direct patient care with a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience
- Demonstrate flexibility to move between different cameras and imaging locations as needed
- Participate in weekend on-call coverage from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of current acute care Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Active ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Demonstrated ability to perform general nuclear medicine procedures independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Experience with radiation therapy procedures
- Ability to adapt quickly to new equipment and multi-site environments
