Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a cardiovascular medical/surgical unit in a telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Maintain a full patient ratio while delivering safe, high-quality nursing care
- Float to other units within the facility in an RN capacity as needed, assuming full patient ratios
- Adhere to weekend rotation requirements (every other weekend) and holiday scheduling as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Passing EKG test score of 80% or higher (must be submitted with application)
- Demonstrated experience in cardiovascular nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of RN experience, preferably in a cardiovascular or telemetry setting
- Prior experience in a cardiovascular medical/surgical unit environment
