Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning across both the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and acute care units
• Manage a caseload of approximately 4 patients per day on the IRF unit and 8–12 patients per day in acute care
• Participate in team conferences and provide family training as needed
• Recommend and implement adaptive devices and adaptive equipment for patients
• Document patient care using the facility's EMR system (Meditech)
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff, with a minimum of one weekend shift per month required

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) state license
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Willingness and ability to work on an IRF unit
• Weekend flexibility (every other weekend required)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior hospital and/or inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) experience highly preferred
• Experience with stroke and/or neurological patient populations
• Collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented work style
