Registered Nurse – CVOR
Location: Hudson, FL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG and valve replacements
• Assist in thoracic and vascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and compliance with unit policies
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Float to main OR as needed, maintaining flexibility to staffing requirements
• Adhere to infection control protocols and utilize electronic medical records (Meditech) effectively
• Support the surgical team during procedures and post-op care to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of CVOR experience
• Proven main OR experience with the ability to float to main OR environments
• Valid RN license in the state of Florida
• Willingness to work on-call shifts as scheduled
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• RN with scrub experience in cardiovascular surgery
• Additional Meditech experience
• Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
