Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general outpatient orthopedics patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours, including occasional work beyond scheduled hours with prior approval.
• Collaborate with clinic team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license or certification.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work with a general outpatient orthopedic patient population.
• Ability to work a full-day schedule and adhere to productivity expectations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedics experience is a plus.
• Experience with double-booking and managing a high patient volume.
• Flexibility to work at different clinic locations within the region if needed.
