Contract | Evening Shift | 4x8s (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) | 32 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in telemetry and med/surg unit settings
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Float between designated med/surg units based on census and operational needs
- Document patient care accurately using current and upcoming EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of med/surg experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Arrhythmia/telemetry training and demonstrated competency
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Experience with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Comfort and flexibility with floating between multiple units within the same assignment
