Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Deliver patient care in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient treatment plans and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
• Must obtain a permanent Michigan state license; compact license may be accepted initially but permanent licensure is required promptly

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with contract assignment workflows and travel therapy placements
