Echo / Ultrasound Sonographer – Radiology / Cardiology

Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography, ultrasound, and sonography procedures in a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma facility
• Float between units as needed to support departmental staffing requirements
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio while delivering high-quality imaging services
• Participate in on-call rotation, averaging 1–3 nights per week
• Provide coverage on weekends (days or nights) as required
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic

Required Qualifications

• Valid Allied imaging license in hand at time of submission
• Valid Montana state license or compact license equivalent (as applicable to discipline)
• Demonstrated experience in echo, ultrasound, and/or sonography in an acute care setting
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Ability to meet on-call and weekend scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma or teaching hospital environment
• Comfort floating across multiple units within a facility
• Experience working in a travel or contract capacity within a fast-paced acute care setting
