Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate individualized patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Serve as a professional resource person for patients, families, and care team members
• Apply knowledge of patient care considerations relative to the ages of patients served
• Demonstrate self-motivation and professionalism in all aspects of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
• Familiarity with multi-patient care coordination in an acute care environment
