Contract | Night Shift | 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available | Every other weekend required | Every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting with a census of 48 beds
• Oversee and collaborate with LPNs and certified medication aides during assigned shifts
• Monitor and manage residents with common diagnoses including dementia, heart disease, COPD, chronic kidney disease, and depression
• Document resident care and clinical information accurately using the facility's electronic medical records system (PCC)
• Ensure continuity of care and resident safety throughout night shift operations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or a compact state
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Proficiency or ability to learn electronic medical records documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system
• Experience caring for patients with dementia, cardiac conditions, COPD, CKD, or behavioral health diagnoses
• Comfort working in a collaborative team environment alongside LPNs and medication aides
