Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, 12-hour shifts, days, 8-week assignment, guaranteed 36 hours per week, rotation every other weekend and holiday, potential overtime based on call-ins, on-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents with diagnoses such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, and MDD
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document patient status using PCC electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care and safety
  • Participate in rotation coverage for weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota
  • Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
  • Proficiency with PCC EMR systems
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience with dementia, Parkinson’s, or psychiatric patients
  • Knowledge of patient ratios and safe care procedures in LTC/SNF environments
