Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, days, 8-week assignment, guaranteed 36 hours per week, rotation every other weekend and holiday, potential overtime based on call-ins, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents with diagnoses such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, and MDD
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient status using PCC electronic medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care and safety
- Participate in rotation coverage for weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Proficiency with PCC EMR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with dementia, Parkinson’s, or psychiatric patients
- Knowledge of patient ratios and safe care procedures in LTC/SNF environments
