Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 29-bed orthopedic and medical-surgical unit serving adult through geriatric populations
• Care for high-volume patient populations including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and kyphoplasties
• Monitor and manage inpatient and 24-hour observation patients with medical diagnoses
• Utilize telemetry monitoring capabilities as part of patient care delivery
• Serve as Charge RN as needed based on unit requirements
• Float to other campus locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Charge RN experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• EPIC electronic health records experience required
• Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic nursing or medical-surgical settings
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring
• Experience coordinating or supporting physical therapy integration within a unit setting
