CT Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology

Contract | Nights | 4x10 Hours | Saturday – Tuesday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of CT imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Operate Siemens CT scanners in a fast-paced, high-acuity short-term acute care environment
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient caseloads, including complex and trauma cases
• Utilize PACS systems and administer contrast agents in accordance with facility protocols
• Float within the radiology/CT service line as needed to meet facility demands
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in CT – must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient work settings
• Competency in CT procedures: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching hospital, or large acute care hospital setting
• Siemens scanner experience strongly preferred
• Experience with IV starts, portables, and biopsies
• Familiarity with advanced CT procedures such as brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, myelography, drainage, aspirations/biopsies, and transplant studies
