- Full-time, travel assignment
- Nights shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC patients in accordance with hospital policies and the Nursing Process.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure the safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff experience and qualifications.
- Supervise and provide direction to assigned nursing personnel during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Missouri RN license or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume)
- ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)
- Vent/trach experience required
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a related setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Existing experience working in LTAC or similar specialized care settings
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
