Nuclear Medicine Technologist / PET Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10 or 5x8 shifts | Variable start times between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Operate PET imaging equipment, with emphasis on Siemens systems
- Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using Epic EMR
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including post-shift and weekend call as needed
- Float between facilities within the state as assignment needs require
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification required
- Active California state license required and must be in hand prior to start
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
- Must be open to on-call responsibilities including rotating weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PET imaging experience strongly preferred (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Experience with Siemens imaging equipment preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
- First-time travelers accepted with 2 or more years of experience
