Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Call
Key Responsibilities
- Perform neuro interventional procedures including thrombectomies, coilings, middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolizations, and spinal angiograms
- Assist with IR body cases such as G-tube placements, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, and TIPS procedures
- Support trauma angiograms involving spleen, liver, GDA, renal, and related vasculature
- Operate biplane and single-plane fluoroscopic imaging equipment within a 3-suite interventional radiology department
- Document and manage imaging using EMR and PACS systems
- Participate in on-call rotation averaging approximately 13 call days per month, including 1–2 weekends per month as part of a 2-tech/2-nurse call team
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification required
- Neuro interventional experience required
- Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
- Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience
- Ability and willingness to take call, including weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Vascular Interventional (VI) registry
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Experience operating Philips imaging equipment (biplane and single-plane systems)
