Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform neuro interventional procedures including thrombectomies, coilings, middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolizations, and spinal angiograms
• Assist with IR body cases such as G-tube placements, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, and TIPS procedures
• Support trauma angiograms involving spleen, liver, GDA, renal, and related vasculature
• Operate biplane and single-plane fluoroscopic imaging equipment within a 3-suite interventional radiology department
• Document and manage imaging using EMR and PACS systems
• Participate in on-call rotation averaging approximately 13 call days per month, including 1–2 weekends per month as part of a 2-tech/2-nurse call team

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification required
• Neuro interventional experience required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience
• Ability and willingness to take call, including weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Vascular Interventional (VI) registry
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Experience operating Philips imaging equipment (biplane and single-plane systems)
