Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to a veteran patient population
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence
- Implement and progress therapeutic interventions in alignment with patient goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with veteran or geriatric populations
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
