Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Support residents in developing or regaining daily living skills and independence
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a clinical or long-term care setting
- Ability to work independently while adhering to supervisory guidelines
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with veteran populations
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
