Travel RN – Vascular Access

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular access procedures including placement and management of peripheral and central venous catheters
- Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to vascular access interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and facility policies related to vascular access
- Provide patient and family education regarding vascular access devices and care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vascular access or vascular medicine
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 11:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience with PICC line insertion and ultrasound-guided vascular access techniques
- Certification in vascular access (e.g., VA-BC or CRNI)
