Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality, high-contrast diagnostic images
- Administer contrast agents in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
- Manage a high-volume MRI department averaging approximately 32 exams per day
- Utilize GE MRI equipment and document patient information within the EMR system (Meditech/CPN)
- Collaborate with a team-oriented staff to ensure efficient patient throughput and quality care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of current, hands-on MRI Technologist experience
- Active ARRT certification in MRI (ARRT-MR)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work day shift hours in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with GE MRI equipment
- Level 1 trauma center experience
- Critical care imaging experience
