Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Rotating schedule: 7:00–17:30 or 10:00–20:30 as needed | Every other weekend required | Rotating on-call required (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) | 40 guaranteed hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Function as RN Circulator in a diagnostic and interventional PCI environment, providing care at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation under the direction of the attending physician
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, and provide handoff of sterile supplies during procedures
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Operate and assist with specialized equipment including Impella and IABP devices
• Cross-train to run hemodynamics in the monitor tech role; float within service line as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or applicable compact state (pending MO license considered at time of submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Interventional scrub experience required
• Experience in a high-volume, high-acuity Cath Lab environment required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (ACLS must be obtained by compliance deadline)
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma, short-term acute care facility
• Familiarity with top cardiac diagnoses including AMI, NSTEMI, Aortic Stenosis, V-Tach, Afib, Heart Failure, and Peripheral Vascular Disease
• Prior experience with Impella and IABP devices
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
