Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed, in accordance with established practices and standards
• Review prescriptions and diagnoses; act as a liaison between providers and support staff
• Prepare equipment including immobilization devices, treatment devices, and protection devices
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and files related to patient treatment
• Assist in localization of tumors and dosimetry procedures as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of the assigned patient population

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education accredited radiology program or equivalent
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active New Mexico state licensure required upon start
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Two to five years of clinical radiation therapy experience
• Experience with IMRT techniques
• Experience with LDR and/or HDR brachytherapy procedures
