Contract | 12-Week Travel Assignment | Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | Variable Call Schedule | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an endoscopy unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Assist with and support procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, Bronchoscopy, Robotic Bronchoscopy, Cardioversion, and TEE
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Endoscopy Technicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care
- Operate and maintain endoscopy equipment in accordance with facility standards
- Adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Adhere to facility scheduling policies including weekend, holiday, and variable call schedule rotations
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of Endoscopy / GI nursing experience
- Ability to work a variable call schedule in addition to scheduled day shifts
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with complex or advanced endoscopic procedures
- Experience with robotic bronchoscopy or other robotic-assisted procedures
