Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting with a focus on surgical support and perioperative nursing
• Assist with robotic, orthopedic, and neurological surgical procedures
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs as required
• Fulfill on-call obligations, including one on-call shift per week and two 12-hour weekend shifts per month
• Complete required facility modules in a timely manner prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct RN Operating Room experience required
• Strong robotics, orthopedic, and neuro OR experience required
• Active RN license required; pending license considered
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submittal (no pending certifications accepted)
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Must be nicotine free; negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start
• Facility does not accept any license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of OR experience preferred
• Prior experience in a high-volume or academic surgical environment
• Familiarity with EKG interpretation and pharmacology (facility testing required during orientation)
