Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans within an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in compliance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Ability to complete any required facility-specific documentation processes before beginning the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards
