Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a patient population focused on orthopedics and pelvic health
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment in accordance with plan of care goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience or coursework in orthopedic and/or pelvic health treatment
