Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy support and assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist
  • Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions for patients
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
  • Assist in patient mobilization, exercises, and rehabilitation activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
  • State licensure or eligibility to practice as a PTA in Colorado
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
  • Ability to adapt to different patient needs and clinical environments
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare software and documentation tools
