Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down unit with an estimated patient ratio of 1:4
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions throughout the shift
• Rotate across different units within the organization as needed based on staffing requirements
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using the electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/Progressive Care experience required
• Active, valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Epic EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a travel or multi-unit float capacity
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
