Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient clinic setting, managing a caseload of 55–65 visits per week
• Conduct evaluations and assessments including fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments
• Treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, generalized musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic conditions
• Manage patient scheduling with overlapping 60+ minute visits booked on 30-minute intervals, utilizing support staff to extend care during high-volume periods
• Perform case management duties including screening and building caseload
• Document patient care accurately using the NextGen EHR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn NextGen EHR
• Experience treating adolescent and adult patient populations
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a broad range of orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniation, plantar fasciitis, and TMJ dysfunction
• Background in case management and caseload development/screening
• Familiarity with overlapping patient scheduling models and working alongside therapy technicians
