Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Thursday through Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services during night shift hours across assigned units
- Deliver care within a Pediatric and Level 2 NICU environment
- Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs as required
- Complete required orientation modules and annual training through designated learning portal
- Adhere to facility scheduling expectations including select holidays and weekends
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Respiratory Therapy License (no pending licenses accepted)
- CRT or RRT credential required
- Minimum 2–3 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Pediatric and NICU experience required (NICU Level 2)
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification preferred
- Prior travel therapy experience is a plus
