Registered Nurse – ICU (Rapid Response / Travel Contract)

Contract (Travel) | 6-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Medical ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and airway management
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation protocols
• Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) equipment
• Collaborate with charge nurses, RNs, and PCTs across night shift operations
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS certification (must be included in submission packet)
• Current ACLS certification (must be included in submission packet)
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification (must be included in submission packet)
• No requested time off or special scheduling requirements during the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech / CPN electronic medical record system
• Previous travel nursing experience at large trauma facilities
• Sono IV placement skills and hands-on CRRT experience
