Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | No On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilator support
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms to guide clinical decision-making
• Initiate and maintain IV access and administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using the EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license — compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• EPIC experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — AHA only
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification — AHA only
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification — AHA only
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Advanced proficiency with EPIC documentation workflows
