Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 19:00–07:30) | Onsite | 36 Hours per Week | Weekdays and some weekends; rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients utilizing telemetry, ventilators, balloon pumps, PA lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Administer conscious sedation and perform IV starts as required by patient care needs
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the facility's electronic health record system
• Participate in rotating holiday coverage and up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Active experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Ability to comply with fingerprinting and credentialing requirements in a timely manner

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
